CUSTOMER AGREEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SAFETY RULES FOR INFLATABLE RIDES

TENTS-TABLES-CHAIRS

• No flips, wrestling or other forms of rough housing allowed while on ride
• No shoes or sneakers allowed on ride
• All riders must empty all pockets
• All riders must remove eyeglasses, jewelry, hard or sharp objects before entering ride
• Riders must be grouped according to age and size before entering ride
• No adults allowed on rides unless they are accompanying a child 3 and under
• No standing or playing behind or on sides of rides
• No children or adults allowed on or near rides while rides are being inflated or deflated
• Shirts or socks must be worn at all times
• No climbing or hanging on walls inside or out of rides
• No food or drinks on or around rides
• No smoking on or around rides
• All inflatable rides apply to children from 2 yrs to 12 yrs of age not exceeding recommended capacity of 4-8 children
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian
• Slide is not be used as a water slide under any conditions
• Electricity requirements: a 15 amp outlet is required for each inflatable ride
• Rides must be within 100ft of electrical outlet (no more than 1 extension cord 100ft to be used)
• Easy access to and from set-up location as well as a safe and secure environment is required
• Customer agrees and assumes total liability and expenses for any damage of rental item(s), accident or injury to person or persons and releases Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc of any liability
• Anyone with underlying medical condition is not permitted on rides under any circumstances
• Customer is responsible for explaining the terms and conditions of this contract to all those in attendance
• Rides cannot be used when it is raining, or winds over 25 MPH
• DAILY RENTALS: rides must be shut down immediately
• Electrical blower must be covered from rain
• Once inflatable is set up and inclement weather arises, there are NO REFUNDS
• Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc reserves the right to refuse delivery if the location is dangerous or inaccessible
• DAILY RENTAL INFLATABLES MUST BE ACCOMOPANIED BY ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES DURING OPERATION, THE SAFETY RULES TO BE ENFORCED AT ALL TIMES. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN TO OVERSEE THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN

• Do not put thumbtacks or staples in tables
• Tables must be covered with plastic or cloth table covers
• Tables and chairs must be cleaned before pickup/removal.  If not, there will be a $25.00 service charge
• Do not cook or BBQ under or in the vicinity of the tent
• There is no decoration or streamers made of tissue that contains inks/dyes allowed on the tent or on the frame.  If it rains or gets wet, the ink/dye will run causing permanent damage
• Do not use any tape or glue on the poles of the tent
• Customer must shut off sprinkler systems prior to installation and keep off until tent is removed from property
• Tables and chairs are not to be stepped on or used as a ladder under any circumstance
• Customer agrees to release Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc of any damage to property when installing and removing tent(s)
• Customer agrees to mark all sprinkler heads as well as underground hoses, pipes, wires or any lines of any kind before installation of tent(s). If customer does not mark appropriate areas, it is assumed that customer has no systems (electrical, water, gas or any other type) and Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc and employees will be released and not responsible for any damage to underground systems.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to protect and secure all rental items from damage and/or theft. Customer agrees to replace any and all items at current cost including applicable costs incurred by Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc.  Customer will also be responsible for any future loss due to customer negligence
• Customer is responsible for measuring area where tent(s) is to be placed and that there are no obstructions in the vicinity of the tent(s)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If for any reason (expect rain) customer cancels rental within two weeks of the date of the event, the deposit will be forfeited and customer will be responsible for 50% of the total price.  All deposits are not refundable with the exception of cancellation due to rain

RAIN DATE POLICY:
We cannot guarantee rain dates due to practical reasons.  However, if we can honor any request, we will accommodate them or adjust order to your satisfaction and substitute other item(s) if possible at time of change.  If we are not able to make any changes or meet your needs, we will gladly refund your deposit to you with no penalties or obligations

CUSTOMER AGREEMENT:
Customer agrees to release Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc and all employees of all liabilities of injury or damage to persons and/or property.  The customer also agrees to pay for any damages caused to rental item(s) by customer or any persons during the time of contract.  Jumping Bean Party Rental shall be excused from performing and/or delivery of rental item(s) if Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc deems the location dangerous or inaccessible. Customer also agrees to pay for all court and legal fees.  Customer also aggress that all items are in good condition at time of rental.  It is the sole responsibility for customer to supervise, protect and secure all rental items from damage and/or theft. Customer agrees to replace any and all items at current cost including all costs incurred by Jumping Bean Party Rental, Inc including any and all future loss.
